Exercise is great in recovery as it helps us to release natural endorphins, build up our strength and stamina which is turn improves emotional balance, mental function, health and you just feel great! We start off slow and go at your pace.
Incorporating a range of exercises to encompass the whole body. We’re on the beach here in Baja California, so beach jogs and walks are a favorite as are swims.
We also love hiking on the cliffs and in nature. Yoga is a great way to stay in shape and connect with your own body and emotions on a deeper level.
