Morning Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation

Most morning we will start the day with some yoga and breathwork. We draw inspiration from breathwork techniques such as Wim Hof and Holotropic Breathwork.

This is a meditative process and we will often finish with a five minute meditation. Depending on the day we may vary the practice and techniques used.
